I am sick of waiting until 5pm every day for my mail to get here. Can we change up the routes?????

It's insane to me that someone is so rude and overly confident in her position. I genuinely wish I could get my mail somewhere else because it's uncomfortable even walking into this post office.
This has got to be the worst post office ever. You go to them with an issue just to be made to do their job for them. Called and complained about them leaving my medical supplies at my front door instead of leaving them in the extra LOCKED MAILBOXES we have just to be told that because I didn't have the tracking number there was no way they could help me. WHAT??????!!!!!! I never have liked this post office and the employee's are not the friendliest either. I always go elsewhere if I have to do business with the post office. Surprised they are still in business.
Some of you that write comments are idiots!! Just because u look up your package and it says it's arrived at there PO does not always mean it's available Whole pallets get scanned arrived when they come in back door !! They are still shrink wrapped they come in all day! The mail u get at home daily comes at line 4 am , do carriers can bring it to you !! The packages that come in daily from UPS( united parcel service ) or also Fed X drops there too , all those still need to be sorted by a clerk , there are hundreds of parcels ! So do u think they can actually look thru all those un- sorted shrink wrapped pkgs. to look for yours ?? There is so much you go not realize that goes on behind closed doors , for you to assume they are lazy is insane ! It's a very hard and stressful job, I worked 30 yrs and saw many new hires leave because it was too hard! So STFU about how mean or lazy they are when u do not even understand how it all works !!
Let me say this woman is like 3-4 times my age and still working at a mail desk and bullying people that HAVE to pick up mail through her.
I've lived in west linn for 6 years, Every time I have to mail something or pick something up, This older woman with grey hair, is so incredibly rude to me. Whether it's over the way something is packaged, how the label is taped, she is creepily degrading. Today I put something in the wrong kind of package, and she wouldn't answer when I asked what kind of package would work. Then she proceeded to laugh at me and wink at the customer behind me in a patronizing way.
Every other employee there is incredibly sweet to me and never hesitant to help or answer questions.
