The concept of giving patients whole care is great and something that I have envisioned for a long time. My stats are not number one. I am. The doctor was concerned and cared for all of me. We had all the time needed to address everything and when we were through, the doctor asked again for me to make sure that we had addressed all the issues going on in my life.

As I came into the Clinic for the first time I saw my doctor behind a glass window. This was a surprise. I was welcomed by a staff member who knew my name, and offered a cup of coffee. My doctor came around the corner of her door and welcomed me. Then I was escorted into a comfortable room where I immediately received warm care. A couple minutes later my doctor came in and we began our visit together.
This experience was heart-warming.
