The assistant manager(Russ) is not only rude and aggressive with coustomers when trying to resolve issues, but also shuts his employees down so much to where they won't even speak.. I went in 7 times with pictures of a lug nut and asked for help finding a socket that fit correctly, also Russ bragged about how he was a 40 year mechanic and in the end had not a clue how to help me or how to handle a dissatisfied customer. I will never be going here again or any other ace hardware for that matter, if I were you I would spend my well earned money and anywhere else possible. ASSISTANT MANAGER RUSS IS NOT FIT FOR A ROLL IN ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've been at Ace about 4 times in the past month and they impress me with their service every time I'm there. On several occasions they have seen what I had in my hands upon entering the store and indicated the aisle I was seeking before I even asked the question. Well stocked for lots of odd gadgets, no up-selling efforts just pragmatic and common-sense suggestions.
Good inventory and great customer service
ACE always has what's needed for projects or supplies around the house. Their friendly staff makes for an enjoyable experience. They're definitely our favorite hardware store, hands down.
